I wouldn't want to be working either but thankful that the restaurant was open for us to get dinner. Our hostess was a young gentleman that is usually a busboy but had to cover being a hostess as well. So props to him cause I can tell things started getting a little hectic in there as people started coming in. Our waitress was a sweet lady that took good care of us as well. The fried chicken was really good. The fried catfish however was not good. It was super fishy and bitter. Tasted like the head of the fish where it's bitter. Maybe the fish could have been cleaned better. I really enjoyed the turnip greens. Mashed potatoes was a little bland. Mac n cheese is good as well. Overall good place for family. Animated chickens was a little creepy though. The Chicken Show was turned off until we asked why they weren't working. The food was marginal when compared to the breakfast we had in October. Really don't think we'll be back.

They were served family style, I believe 3 meat choices, variety of veggies, starch. Food was ok it was like cafeteria food. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are attractive. At Frizzle Chicken Farmhouse Cafe kids eat free with the purchase of an adult meal! Giftly has all of the thoughtfulness of a traditional gift card. Not a great place to chat it up with adult friends because of all the singing chickens.
